Services definition

The Services include, without limitation:

  • WebF Go — a playground application that allows developers to explore, test, and experience WebF runtime features.
  • WebF Runtime & Development Tools — software enabling developers to integrate web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) with Flutter applications.
  • Hosted & Subscription Services — including online build services, Pro and Enterprise subscriptions, developer tooling, and related portals.

a) Information you provide directly

  • Contact Information (e.g., name, email address).
  • Account/Sign-In Information (e.g., username, password, authentication factors).
  • Profile & Feedback (e.g., company name, website, location, bios, community/GitHub/Twitter handles, surveys).
  • Transactions & Billing (e.g., payment card details, billing address, subscription history).
  • Commercial Records (e.g., products/services purchased, considered, or usage preferences).
  • Correspondence (e.g., emails, support tickets).

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device/Usage Data (e.g., IP address, browser type, OS, mobile device details, error/crash logs, performance metrics, pages/screens viewed, clicks, session duration).
  • Runtime/Project Telemetry (e.g., non-content operational metrics from apps built with or running on WebF, to improve reliability and performance).

  • Third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, authentication/login providers, social sign-in) may send us information consistent with their privacy notices.

We may aggregate or de-identify information; such data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
